コメント: パンを作るために作られたと言っていいオ－ブンです。
発酵時間が短縮出来る機能が付いていて、
上手に使いこなせば、一時間半位で焼き上げることが出来ます。
いろんな会社の商品を見比べ調べた結果、これにして良かったです。
パンを作っている人なら、是非お奨めです。
PAM発酵を使えば、発酵時間が２０分位ですみますよ～。時間の無い方には、是非一度お試しあれ。

概要: Big Oven, Big Wattage
コメント: After years of struggling with a smaller microwave/oven/toaster combo of approximately half the size, I splashed out and bought this Hitachi model. This was the largest oven I could find for anywhere near this price. I am a completely satisfied customer. I was able to cook a whole turkey (18lbs) in this oven, and there was room to spare. It has made cooking a lot easier, because I can do 2 trays at once, and even use it as a warmer. The width is amazing for a Japanese oven, I can even fit in the muffin pans I bought at home in Canada.
The microwave also cooks very evenly, and since the wattage is the same as standard North American microwaves, it is a lot easier to cook with English cookbooks without doing a lot of converting!
The only downside is that there is no toaster function, which I was used to on my old model. But that's okay, because now I can bake my own bread, and that beats toast any time!
